In 2008 when my two boys were just toddlers, I became very sick. I went from doctor to doctor, receiving not much help or hope. Eventually, we finally discovered that I had Lyme disease. After a long battle with this illness, I decided that there had to be a better way to find answers and get a complete picture of my health. Not only for me, but for my family and others that were looking for the same help I was.

Simple Solutions opened its doors in 2015. I wanted to establish an Electro-dermal Computerized Health Screening facility that could provide quality testing for people trying to improve their health.

I took advanced training in New Jersey and Utah. My priority is providing my clients with a safe, accurate, and cost-effective method to identify the energetic causes of allergies, toxicities, illness and more.

The software I use includes thousands of functions that allow me to pinpoint your specific stress areas as well as underlying causes and remedies. When people experience trauma or severe life stresses, it is common for their lives to unravel. My greatest passion is to help people reach a happy and healthy life by taking control of their own body.

I do this by identifying bacteria, viruses, parasites, molds, candida, food allergies, nutritional deficiencies and more. I can conduct these screenings in person or through a hair analysis for people and for their pets.

I am a Certified EDS Practitioner and the founder of Simple Solutions with Cathy in Fruitland, Maryland.
